The specific actions below are being actively delivered by our business.

 

1. Electricity Use in the Serviced Office

• Energy-Efficient Appliances: Ensure that all appliances and office equipment are energy-efficient (e.g., ENERGY STAR-rated).

• LED Lighting: Replace traditional lighting with LED lighting to reduce energy consumption.

• Smart Energy Management: Implement smart thermostats and energy management systems to optimise energy use.

• Green Power Purchase: Advocate for the serviced office provider to purchase renewable energy or offset electricity use with renewable energy credits.

• When moving or selecting a new office location, ensure that the office building is energy efficient.
